This mod introduces to the core game new functional, housing buildings - Humble and Wealthy Town's Estates. Fully random decorated and furnished. Offers functional garden providing food for its residents and accommodation for 10 and 14 villagers (depends on estate type). Ideal for small or large settlements. Designed as a stand-alone mod. Building footprint 25 x 19. Blends perfectly with castle structures and other modded buildings.

Accommodation for 10 villagers.
Happiness radius: 25.
Higher happiness and pregnancy chance than at Humble Town's Estate.
Available rooms: 3.
Functional garden offers higher output than at Humble Town's Estate.

LOCATION IN GAME MENU
Houses -> Additional Housing -> Humble Town's Estate.
Houses -> Additional Housing -> Wealthy Town's Estate.

LOAD ORDER
Designed as stand-alone mod. It can be placed anywhere in your Mods List.

IMPORTANT
Before starting building process, please remember to flatten properly ground.

NEW FUNCTIONALITY IN THE GAME - FUNCTIONAL HOUSE GARDEN
Animated functional garden is providing food from Spring till Fall. Produced food is determined by used mods. Town's Estates MOD is fully compatible with Nuts, Berries, Greens MOD. For more various garden's output Town's Estates MOD should be placed after Nuts, Berries, Greens MOD. Without Nuts, Berries, Greens MOD active, garden will provide vanilla game fruits and vegetables.
