- Belt-layer items are now of a new Webbing* layer, fixing the pink bug. *as per Combat Extended's layers
- Removed GraphicsApparelDetour.dll

> Tweaks
- Everything is now craftable.
- SS content has been disabled.

is it normal for the stahlhelm to barely give any protection against anything? i get that in real life it was mainly used against shrapnel, but still, it feels very underpowered. im using CE btw, might be the issue?
