Don't worry I will use so much as possible the same props and assets for all up comming NIR factories.

The purpose that I started NIR was that I wanted to create a big realistic industry area.

Today in modern real industry areas there are always some basics facilities:

GARBAGE wil be collected (we use a mod garbage bin controler).

VISITING / WORKING IN THE FACTORY, we all have today parking places, no only for electric cars , and disability people's cars, but also parking place for bikes.

ROAD SURFACE , the real world isn't perfect so we use some road decals.

BORDERS Every factory use today to mark there propety a fence or hedge. We dontt want to make the amount of prop to long therefore you need also mod network tilling for the fence.

TRADE factorys need metarials to proces therefor ony we use only matching cargo assets

SAFETY is a hot item to do, We make above all doors lights and by the parking places too (and also by writen signs on the factory) and the cameras record everything what happend and have a line to the local police. The stairs are tested by the lokal savety department.

ENERGY where possible all factorys use solar panels
Pay atention!! if solar panels are placed, the factory produce real electricity.
