Eden's Challenger: Moon Burst

UPDATE: I've gone ahead and done some rebalances. The artifact now gives back 1 mana on thunder cast, no longer messes with Spell Power or Defense, React has been buffed a bit, and Chain Lightning has been nerfed to avoid infinite proccing. Plus a new spell or two added. Big Bang can no longer get Doublecast.

The first of the Eden's Challengers

This time we've got something special, it took a LOT of work from some of our group.

A brand new character: Moon Burst has arrived on scene, with enough lightning to run a Flux Compositor!

He carries with him the following:
Weapon: React - He'll dodge an attack and gain mana if he does, but if you don't react properly, he'll take damage.

Artifact: Moon Burst's Mark - On lightning cast, regain 1 mana!
Artifact: Lightning Arc - Lightning spells may jump from one enemy to another if they're close enough!


Spell: Moon Burst's Big Bang! - He'll rush in and zap an enemy 4 spaces away. It'll use ALL mana, but the more juice you pump into it, the more BOOM it'll cause!

Spell: Wind Slash - He'll throw forward a air slicer, pierces friends, foes, and obstacle, and has more fun effects if you have 2 or 4 mana when you cast it!

Spell: Moon Whirl - A local whirlwind three spaces away. It'll last until you move. For fun, he can React while casting!

Spell: Moon Glaive - Throw this at an enemy, and if it hits, they'll take damage... FOREVER!
