This mod introduces to the core game new storage and decorative building - Town's Fair. Fully random decorated and furnished. Designed as a stand-alone mod. It can be placed anywhere in your Mods List. Fully compatible with core game mechanics. Ideal for small or large, developed settlements. Blends perfectly with castle structures and other modded buildings. Decorative footprint 12 x 24. Storage space 6 x 6. Capacity 20 000 units.

Hello
Functional Fair is not listed on the Recommended Mods List due to issues reported by players so I don't use it and I do not know what issues you might have while using it together. Functional Fair was removed a while back from RML.
Town's Fair was designed as a storage and decorative building.
