Model ported to gmod by me.

Not perfect, Vrd files weren't going to work due to bone layout, and jiggles have inverted gravity when jumping and falling. Other than that, it should be fine.

Found a S;G 0 Okabe model, going to work on merging it to the same skeleton, then update at some point.
