A simple mod that changes the default background for the paper map mode (max dezoom)

These cheap wooden planks do not belong in the council room of an emperor like you! Get yourself the fanciest desk in the realm, with the texture of your choice!

Changelog :
- 1.0 : Initial release

Features :
- Ironman-enabled mod, since it only alters graphical files!
- Fancy, clean stained glass texture, perfect in a noble ruler's council room!
- Twice the resolution (from 1024 to 2048) in comparizon with the vanilla, wooden desk!

@CrusaderQueen : Of course, this sort of thing is a matter of personal taste - hence the multiple versions! I'm planning to do more and, by the way, don't hesitate to request or suggest a texture you'd like to see as a background tile!
