Scourges of the Wastes figures added!

*These have been rolled into Bobby Chicago's Mod*

Scanned and modeled by me. A lot of work actually. Mostly happy with the result but the colors could be closer. Changing the tint of the figure will color a strip on the base, useful for the heroes, not so much for the enemies (unless you wanna denote elites that way or something)

**Finally fixed autoraise issues I've always had with my models, feels good man.**

@Noelle the physical part is not released yet, only the campaign DLC. the figure pack is supposed to come sometime during November

I asked Bobby and Jsmcgo about that, there is no unit by that name that I could see so I assumed that may have been a mistake. The game will sometimes spawn special named units but use an existing model so that might be where it came from.
