Fixed High Elf Faction Wheel - Sword of Khaine

Hi All,

This is a simple mod which moves the Sword of Khaine icon in the faction wheel (end turn button area) to be last in the list. As the High Elf icon wheel has become more crowded, I felt this was necessary to make sure the icons that have numbers attached to them as tooltips (Rites, Crafting, Athel Tamarha) were able to be fully displayed. See the screenshots for a visual explanation.
