WIP - offbrand programs

Adds a selection of 'offbrand' incognita programs.

These programs are stronger than their counterparts, but also install specific daemons on use.

Generators:

APPLETREE
Gain 10 PWR, installs Siphon for 3 turns (-2-5 PWR on install and 2 turns after)

FUGUFISH
Passive 2PWR per turn. 3% chance to install Blowfish, multiplied by PWR currently stored by Incognita

PERPETUATE
Installs Paradox; gain 4 PWR per turn while Incognita is locked down

Hacking:

OVIPOSITOR
Installs a Larvae Daemon, breaks 2 firewalls per turn and installs a random Daemon on capture.

Misc:

HYDRABLOOD
Kills a daemon, installs fractal (creates 2 more on other devices).

HUBRIS
Kills a tagged guard, installs countermeasures (spawns an enforcer and tracks agents for 3 turns)

JACKALOPE
Increases all Agents AP by 3, installs Rubiks (raises all firewalls by 1)

GOLDENTHREAD
Observes all guards for 4 turns, installs Labyrinth (-2 AP for 3-5 turns)

Daemons installed by Offbrand Programs DO NOT trigger vanilla Central's augment.
