Having said that, there are definitely cases I *would* use such an artificial demand - like a highway lay-by at a scenic view point. There is no other (easy) way to get people stoppng at a scenic viewpoint other than giving it an entertainment value - the game has no way of knowing a particular spotshould be "scenic", after all.
But in this case, such viewpoints are away from other buildings, and thus won't make their residents artificially happy.
Anyway, thanks for your work!
I don't think the tourists use it all at the same time, as I have never seen it being flooded with munchkins. As for the Entertainment value and radius, it makes the munchkins happy when they don't have to park in the street. The price is reasonable for a small vanilla car park.
