Some time ago, I contacted modder aa0905766k to ask if he could make public the DLL source code of his mod CivOS, upon which all of his excellently made, 3D Leader-led Civilization mods were dependant upon, so that I could write compatibility for my own mods. He replied that he was no longer interested in Civilization, and was neither maintaining nor updating his mods, and graciously offered to send me his all of his source code and art. When I asked if it was alright if I republished his mods in a form that were compatible with mine, he encouraged me to do so.

Australia - Henry Parkes

UA - Land Down Under - +2 Happiness in coastal Cities. Building a Pasture claims surrounding Tiles. Coastal Great Person Improvements gain +2 of the relevant Yield.
UU - Digger - The Digger is a unique melee Unit of the Australian Civilization, replacing the Infantry. Diggers have a combat bonus outside of friendly territory and on Coastal land. Diggers can construct Roads and Forts.
UI - Outback Station - Must built on Grassland, Plains, Desert, or Desert Hills tiles and adjacent to a Pasture. +1 Food and Production from every adjacent Pasture.
