Generic British Carriages - Dual Tone Tint Patch

Doen as a request, this small mod updates my 'Generic British Carriage - Dual Tone' mod with slightly revised textures and a modified tint map. Carriages will now be of a brown and cream livery consistent with the Dual Tone 2 and Single Tone 2 carriages, and will tint consistently with those mods.

Additionally, the tint of these carriages has been swapped so that now the dark brown body of the carriages - rather than the cream strip - will be effected by recolour tinting.
