描述
A 6x10 Level 1 RICO commercial building. Employs 30, has predictable stats. A lovely piece of American retail real estate. Based loosely on the Two Rivers Plaza in Bolingbrook, Ill. This is the generic version, so fill it up with six Starbucks, if you feel like it.

There are some custom lights, which are part of another subscription - check the dependencies.

Other than that, there are a few vanilla lights and several entry points, corresponding to each retail entrance.

No DLC required.

Meshes here are 1426/63 tris, Blendered.
Textures are 1024x1024/128x128.
