Two Rivers Plaza Jewel Osco [RICO]

A 14x10 low-density (RICO) commercial. Employs 50, otherwise the stats are pretty much what you'd expect.
Based loosely on the Two Rivers Plaza in Bolingbrook, Ill. This is the main plaza building, comprised of a Jewel Osco - a supermarket chain.

The building itself was quite a bit of fun to do. It has a nice, faux retail look to it - some nice brickwork. Just fun all around. The main façade texture scheme was procedural from scratch in Substance Designer. Making brick textures is a fun thing to do, no idea why. : D

Tris here are 4,213/254 and textures are 1024x2048/256x256.
