This is literally the only NL content I seem to be able to find for this game besides flags and the dog breed so thank you for digitizing a piece of home for me! I'd also love to see St. John's harbour in game: however, if you want something smaller with the same vibe, go with a smaller coastal town such as Botwood or Corner Brook. Same environment, less work!
