描述

— 41 floors with openspace rooms + rooftop park + underground floor.
— Beautiful twist design. Each floor is a smoothed square and rotated a few degrees relative to the previous floor. The building becomes more narrow towards the central floors.
— The central area of each floor is the concrete shear core of the building. There are stairs (!), elevator shafts, corridors and service rooms.
— Kitchen / Dining room / Server room / Product printers room.
— Basic lighting.
— Price — from $368 million.

Not yet completed: Heating / Ventilation / Security Tools.

Suitable for map types: Town / Rural.

Before building you need to turn on the "All the floors!" Mod:
Options / Mods / check "All the floors!" / Maximum floors: 50

Attention! There is a bug. When you build the blueprint, some windows (randomly) are lost. I don’t know why. This is a question for the game developer. The missing windows need to be put by hand, following the overall design.

No. Anyone are allowed to do it yourself and put it out for everyone.

It will not be enough to simply make it rental. There are several points that need to be completed or redone (fire alarm, large elevators, heating...), and this is a lot of work if you do it well and beautifully. I have no time now.

Yes. I have never even played with the new elevator system, only seen it in the screenshots and videos :). Perhaps someday I will redo it. It is necessary to set up the elevation of boxes to the 0 floor and build a technical entrance and parking for couriers.

But the biggest problem is the lack of a fire alarm. If you play, be sure to put an alarm in ALL rooms. When I played, my entire building burned down beautifully when the lamp suddenly caught fire on one of the floors :).
