Oddly enough, even as dupes skill up and become world-renown masters in things like digging, attacking, and other skills, they never learn how to take out and put away their multitools. This mod changes that. Now, at the maximum level of 20, dupes are 3x faster at getting out and putting away their multitools. This scales linearly down to no change at about level 7, and a very small debuff to levels below that. It also scales up so your SUPER DUPES (if you have any) will be super fast, operating their multitools near instantly.

Rovers from the Spaced Out! DLC are not affected.
