This is a mod was created as a commission it pairs with a plugin created by Paradox.

Anyone who modifies, or makes any changes to the mod files without permission from me will be subjected to Steam copyright policy, and Steam Subscriber Agreement. Which will result in Copyright Infringement report to Valve.

I found the problem, this id is compatible with 3 more mods, 2 of them are popular.
if you can you could change the id.
