Rental with a Reception area; in the city.
The layout of this building has been redone,

Yes; these are a few YouTubers rental of choice!

This is the first city building with a convenient SkY-Walk...
Come experience the Sky-Walk!

NEW MFG, Printer, Rental Building with Parking and four Cargo Bays on two different floors.

Bathrooms have been moved outside of the actual offices into the hallway area.
Leader offices have been added.
An additional server was added to the networked servers that are free and make up the SCM server in the basement. Coffee and mini-refrigerators have been added to all floors in the lounge areas.
New boiler room with added boilers.
The parking lot size has also been increased.

So why a new building? CHEAPER THAN THE GARAGE!!
You can rent the leader's office as a starter room for less monthly (just terminate the default lease after you lease it}.

Per @CheckmateAt7, pro tip: when starting out, enable the leader role for your founder for a free 50% performance boost for having their own room

Upper offices all have leader rooms with exception of the office next to the skywalk entryway on the 2nd flr.

I added three new images of the office's setup for teams; $300, $400, and the top floor for the founder's office.

Console MFG and Soft print setup in the basement feed up to the main floor for delivery.
1St-floor MFG for phone feeds up to the 2nd floor for delivery.
Ramp and parking have been added to the 2nd floor!
If you are short on cash you can set up first-floor MFG and deliver it down to the main floor with the elevator also so no need for a 2nd-floor delivery area

I added images to show where component printers and assemblers should be placed.

The boxes in the MFG building (specifically on the helipad) are not getting picked up.

Hi!
When I start a new game with this mod it shows those two messages:

It seems like there are still some fences from the "VP Fence" mod in the game.
I'm on Version 1.3.9 and got no other mods except the "Placeable Walls" installed

@iPanuzzo. I will review it and let you know what I find. Not sure what version you are using... There is a fix in the latest release beta 1.2.3. look at the last fix. in the list. It may be what is/was causing your issue... I will be back!

Author, your building is the best. I have an issue with the basement manufacturing. The conveyor line just next to the middle wall does not move boxes for some reason. I started a new game, and it still does not move, so I assume this is map related. Please see the screenshot. I tried manufacturing stuff (i.e. not print) too, those boxes stuck too. VP fence is no longer available by the modder who created it. I have added half walls in their place. They are in "Placable Walls"

@Turkeyneck That was a mod by a modder that is no longer available. What I use now are half walls... I will add them to the required items.

@Kirona, OK Thanks for bringing it t my attention, I just added it in the required items.
It is the fence you need to subscribe to that I used in the build during one of my updates...

I'm getting an error on new game with this rental saying that I don't have "VP fence" on my computer. It doesn't seem to actually harm anything but I thought I'd let you know.
