The Lord of Sipan leads the Moche as an alternate leader for Gedemo Mochica.

This mod is for the Leader only, and as such will require a Civilization to load with. This leader needs this mod to work:

Leader Trait:

The Lord of Death: For every 3 cities owned, the Lord of Sipán receives +1 Governor Title and each city receives +2 Culture and +1 Faith. The Lord of Sipan can build the Huaca, a Unique Improvement.

Unique Improvement: Huaca: Masonry unlocks the Builder ability to construct Huacas, Unique Improvement of the Lord of Sipan. It is buildable on Hills but not adjacent to another Huaca.It grants +1 Housing.+1 Faith and +1 additional Faith if adjacent to a Holy Site. +1 Culture. +2 Amenities. Tourism Bonus with the discovery of Flight. When the Huaca is built, a Population is sacrificed.

Agenda:

Breath of Ai apaec: Constantly tries to increase the size of its territory. Does not like small empires.

The capital city is Sipan.
