Grow the F Up - Earlier Guaranteed Adulthood

You're facing enemies at every direction and desparately need a new general, but your 21 year old manchild son is chilling at the capital, smelling roses, watching anime or sth, know the feeling? This simple mod forces them to grow up. In Vanilla, sons are guarenteed to enter adulthood at 22, this mod brings that age earlier to 19. Even this may be too lenient, but I think it's nice to have some element of surprise. The way it works in the game is every son has a chance to enter adulthood after reaching 14, but forced into adulthood at 19. In Vanilla this was 22, absurd. Only changes one entry, should work with DLCs and be compatible with everything. I'll include this in the upcoming version of my campaign tweaks.
