A bit curious, although if I had to *guess*, the old mk5's were in individual stacks, so your freight carts are running around recombining them into larger and larger stack sizes, although I'd have to replicate it myself to be certain

If it helps, I enabled the mod half-way through my playthrough so I don't know if the problem might have to do with old mk5's in the mass storage, but it got to a point where mass storage would put any more in and the freight carts started doing the load / unload dance

Interesting, I'll have to take a look at things, since I don't see why the mark5 power boosters would be causing issues when other things haven't! Thanks for the report though!

Just a head's up - this doesn't play well if you have consumables in your freight network. Mk5 Power Boosters caused carts to get stuck at stations trying to load and unload non-stop
