Introducing the Atlas Corsair!

The Atlas Corsair is a redesign of the Kestrel Corsair to fill a request i got on reddit for a multi-ship carrier that could handle both HV's and SV's. This redesign is primarily focused on a 'gutting' of the interior of the Kestrel to redo the layout to facilitate multiple HV/SV hangars.

Everything that made the Kestrel Corsair a great ship is still here, only now you can bring your favorite HV along with you! No longer limited to raiding space stations and CV's, now you can use an HV to hit up POI's too!

Other changes include a smaller medbay (still featuring full functionality), swapping one AD constructor for a small constructor, adding a 6 grow plot hydroponics bay, improving cargo capacity, slightly improving ammo cap and slightly improving handling.

This ship's small SV hangar is compatible with the new Bullfrog Shuttle

The HV hangar can fit all of the base HV blueprints except for the large Forge Industrial miner and the Spider Tank as they are too wide, and also my new redesign of the 'prefab tier 6b' that i call the RHINO LX-3
