Hello, dear subscribers and other game fans!
This is a my new great project New Zealand Pack.
There will be a total of 5 packs for each level of low density residential areas. 13 houses for each level.
The next 13 Level 3 buildings will appear in the workshop in about a week.

Type of buildings: Growable - residential low, level 2.
A small residential buildings located in the suburb of Auckland, New Zealand.

For those who do not have a "Green Cities DLC".
Even if you don't have this DLC. you can still use these buildings. Since I've only added some of the props from this add-on.
Buildings will be built without these props.

@Yawsome Use the "Building Themes "mod. You can manage things like this very easily with it.

Perhaps, but for that you need to add them to the district style.
I haven't done that yet.
I will not make commercial buildings in such a large quantity yet. Maybe a couple of buildings.

Very cool! Can I make a district and set it to have only these growable houses in? Like you would with 'self-sufficient' housing or 'tourism' commercial ?
