The Lost Maps: Benchmark Demo

The Lost Maps series continues with the cutscene-based performance test map Benchmark Demo. This utility, which originated with the June 1998 demo of Battlezone and now appears under the Instant Action menu, launches a brief cutscene of a skirmish on Achilles. In the original version this would repeat five times before providing the player with resulting performance data; Battlezone 98 Redux unfortunately no longer supports this report, but all other functionality works as intended.
