Arms Dealer: Has some of the finest high performance firearms, all are untraceable and very much powerful.

Human Meat/Human Trafficking services: Has a van made to seat 4 people. Carries out mobile operations

Illegal Compounds Shop: Has some of the deadliest compounds/explosives known to man. The U.N would be very disappointed

Defence Solutions: Has some goodies just in case you need to suit up and defend your black market

It comes with 3 DIY shops you can modify/configure for yourself.

The entire base spawns slightly elevated off the ground, its a minor problem you can solve by creating a floor.
