The Dull Head.

The Dull Head is a stealth predator, originating from southern mexico, the creature was discovered by accident when an excavation team broke open a cave where hundreds of them were found to be dormant, but the actual uncovering of the cave had awoken them.

After that, hundreds of Dull Head's had escaped and killed the excavation team in the process, the Dull Head is a carnivore and will eat anything it finds, including lizards, birds, stray animals, live stock and even humans, their is very little the Dull Head won't consider as food.

The Dull Head is theorised to be related to the Axolotl, albeit more pale due to generations without sunlight and has evolved to be a bipedal mammalian predator that lives outside water, instead of a water dwelling amphibian, maybe due to a need to hunt larger prey, driving it to hunt prey on land instead of in the water.

The several extra limbs growing from the Dull Head's back seem to exist as a way to attract mates, the healthier members having larger and more developed limbs, much like how deer use their horns to attract mates
