[TETRA] Fuel Excavation Vechicle

This is the Fuel Excavation Vechicle manufactured by TETRA Corporation. It is used when a mission requires refueling in long travels on routes without gas stations. And everyone knows that off road deserts or forests do not have gas stations. How it works is it uses advanced TETRA Corp satelites to find nearby locations with plenty of crude oil deposits, drives there and uses its drills to pump oil, and use its converters to change it into fresh, healthy and biological fuel. At least for engines and machines. Not for dwarfs. It is definitely not healthy for dwarfs, or any living creature. But many asked, ``But would carrying trucks with fuel tanks on them lower the cost and complexity?!`` Yes, maybe, but if you shoot a gas tank, even with a caliber as low as 20mm, the tank is going to explode, destroying the truck, and spread hot, boiling oil on other vechicles, literally melting your crew inside. Also, it is powered by electricity, and everyone knows electricity is free if you have solar panels, which this machine has not many, but just enough to power these 4 lightweight drills.
As a bonus, engineers designing this... thing could not decide if it qualifies as a truck, or a tank. The chassie looks like a truck, but its weight makes it a tank, but it has as many wheels as truck, but...
