Would you be alright with the late-game pikeman models from this mod serving as the base for the models in a Swiss Guard mod, but with an altered shield to make them more accurate and give them a bit of flavour? Unfortunately, I don't think there are any other models that look similar so I'll probably have to re-use these. If you're fine with this, and assigning cultures to titles works, I could probably release it by tomorrow since I won't have to worry about designing an entire roster.
One major issue you should be aware of though is that, since I'll have to add a unique Papal graphical culture, it won't be ironman compatible, nor would you be able to run it with any of the major overhaul mods such as CK2Plus or HIP.
