Primitive weapons only

描述
Only Medieval and Neolithic weapons are used, all others are disabled (not removed).
Will throw errors while loading.
Will not give desired result on DLC weapons.

Revision 2: All units, including mechanoids now carry primitive weapons. (version 1.2 and higher only)

The weapons are not actually removed from the game, but no longer used.

Compatibilty and quality disclaimer

This mod was made quickly, for fun. It overrides vanilla weapons. It works fine, but no effort was made to ensure compatibility. Due to it's simplicity it shouldn't be able to do any harm to saves. As long as other mods used do not patch or depend on the vanilla weapons and/or mechanoid system there should be no problems.

That's right, if you don't want those you have to edit the scenario. This mod does not remove the guns, it just prevents them from being used.

Oh I dont have royalty, When I start the game I still have the revolver and hunting rifle you start with on crash landing so honestly Im dumbfounded lol, it doesn't work when I have every other mod off, I found a mod that achieves what I was trying to set up (A fully medieval style game) thanks for trying to trouble shoot for me I really appreciate it! Im willing to bet if I did a fresh reinstall itd work since I seem to be the only person with this problem.

@niskea as said above it only disables vanilla weapons, so if you have mods that add guns they are not disabled. It's been a while since I last edited this mod but I think royalty weapons are not disabled either (above: Will not give desired result on DLC weapons.)

There are still guns, it doesn't work at all. I have a lot of mods so their might be an issue with another mod but idk

Hey, Village Guy, i think since the last update this mod disables all ranged weapons, and not all modern weapons like it used to. So even bows are disabled

It only disables vanilla weapons, so whatever is added by other mods will still be used.
