描述
This siren is based off the Federal Signal STH-10 model tornado siren found in Yanke land.
The Tornado Siren uses a creepy sounding tone found in the Federal Signal Modulator called Alternate Wail.
It's to scare off the Tornado obviously

Audio loop used edited by me in Audacity originally taken from Youtube.

@jmkustoms54 That’s because it is the Chicago Tornado siren but it’s not broken, the siren is playing the “Alternate Wail”.
