Minimalist Hud - Creative Edition

A version of my Minimal HUD optimized for creative building. All character stats have been hidden as they aren't relevant in creative, and the environment and ship stat readouts can be hidden by switching HUD levels, leaving only the toolbar visible. Layout is otherwise unchanged from the standard edition.

- Character stat readouts (HP, energy etc) have been removed
- All displays other than the toolbar can be hidden (press tab to cycle the HUD)
- Removes backgrounds from all sections of the HUD
- Reduces overall size of HUD elements
- Recategorizes HUD elements into more easily distinguished groups
- Gauge and bar-style readouts have been replaced with simple number value displays
- Tooltips and other unneeded text have been removed
