It's Optimus Prime. No special gimmicks here, just a regular, (hopefully) balanced character.

Except for his super move (activated with taunt) and his trailer turret (placed and picked up by pressing attack and special)

Well, I kinda don't like this character.
I wanted smth more high quality, but I don't blame the creator....
He really tried to make a good fighter!

hello, i am trying to use the trailer turret but i can't seem to activate it, has it been removed? (i am pressing attack and special)

Always really liked this chibi Optimus in Mugen. A bit still like Sandbert (Flying truck!), but it is so nice to have a simple character to use every now and then. The addition of an optional normal palette "Non-Balanced" mode is genius too.
