Wall-E

Wall-E's been cleaning up trash for over 700 years, and now he's come to clean up Aether too! Other robots may assist Wall-E when using certain attacks.

Nspecial spawns a cube of trash. You can pick it up and throw it around like Kragg's rock, and even hit it in the air to send it flying. Charging Nspecial will increase the power of the cube, enough charge will make the cubes explosive!

Fspecial summons EVE, who shoots a shot out of her plasma cannon. Hitting a cube will cause a large explosion.

Dspecial is a counter/absorber. Incoming projectiles will be absorbed, filling up your cube compact meter, and getting hit during the start of the move will cause the attacker to be compacted and then launched!

Dattack puts Wall-E into the air slightly, and can go off ledges. You can cancel Dattack into a jump if you hit a player or the cube!



Pressing down taunt will make Wall-E play something from his audio recorder. You can add your own sound or music to your own characters to make Wall-E play those sounds instead.

Variables to put in your character (in init.gml):

walle_taunt_sound = sound_get("your_file_name")
walle_taunt_type = <1 for music, 2 for sound>

Your taunt sound file should be in ogg format, sound goes in the normal sounds folder.

walle_taunt_type lets you choose between playing a music file or a sound file.
Use 1 to play a music file, where the background music will be removed, and the clip will be played on repeat.
Use 2 to play a sound file, the music will not be removed, and the sound will just be played once every time the taunt is used.

Other variables:
walle_taunt_playing: access from within your own character, returns true if the taunt is active (every frame if walle_taunt_type == 1, only for one frame if walle_taunt_type == 2).
