So the paradox mod manager now wipes (or demands you retype) your description every time you update. I'm assured its a feature, not a bug. Either that or I'm incompetent and don't know how to prevent this. Very possible. Anyhow... comments on the internet are forever. Therefore, I will never be going into politics and also here is the mod description in comment form.

Learn to Love the Bomb

Does orbital bombardment seem weak to you? Nuking from orbit feeling less and less a sure thing every day? This mod will correct that cosmic injustice.

ALL bombardment stances unlocked for anyone who should appropriately have them, up to an including full armageddon. (Specifically: Any militarist, any xenophobe, machine terminator, fanatic purifier and devouring swarm.)

Orbital bombardment now feels and is POWERFUL. Treat Armageddon with respect, it is a true exterminatus option. Do not use on planets you want to liberate. Pops will melt away at a rate of 10+ per second and all surface buildings will be annihilated.

All other bombardment levels are MUCH more powerful as well but selective mostly targets armies and will not kill pops below 30 total. Indiscriminate will not kill below 10. Raiding will not kill below 10 and should steal pops faster. Pox will kill everyone, and very quickly. Only armageddon will tomb so the rest are safe(ish) to use, if you don't mind killing mostly everyone but want the planet intact.

Lastly, diplomatic hits that result from nuking pops from orbit are much smaller and more importantly short lasting. Except among those nagging pacifists. Folks will still dislike you for nuking their kin but the length and strength of their hate is nerfed to reflect a darker galaxy where orbital bombardment is a common and expected wartime occurrence not a major atrocity.
