Deco Kingdom

The old Deco District was once the place to see and be seen, but its heyday has long since passed. City Hall has centered its revitalization plans for the area on a brand new theme park, to be built on a pad of land they've reclaimed along the waterfront next to a public transit terminal. You've won the development contract, but budget carefully--the city doesn't just want a run-of-the-mill amusement park. They're counting on an immersive world-class destination to draw visitors from far and wide and help bring the neighborhood back to life.

In order to meet the terms of your contract, your park must sustain perfect 100% Decoration rating for three months while keeping Experience and Happiness ratings high--and staying in the black. What the theme (or themes) will be is up to you--but whatever you go with, go all out! You'Il receive cash bonuses along the way as you reach optional guest targets, to help add even more themed luster to the grounds.

In return for constructing the site and related infrastructure, the city has stipulated that entrance to the park must remain free. Keep in mind that the land is newly reclaimed, so you won't be able to build underground, though you are allowed to build over the water.

Scenario:
• Have a decoration rating of at least 100%
• Have an experiences rating of at least 80%
• Have a happiness rating of at least 80%
• Have an operating profit of at least $1,000.00
• Optional: Have at least 250 guests in your park
• Optional: Have at least 500 guests in your park
• Optional: Have at least 750 guests in your park
• Optional: Have at least 1,000 guests in your park
