[ArcCW] Low poly MG-42

Turns out that LMGs are a lot harder to animate
Remember to use a bipod :) (Or the cheaty attachments, wouldn't blame you)

Includes viewmodels and worldmodels for:
- Iron sights / Picatinny rails (Sights and lasers)

WIP:
- Some animations
- Extended mags that look as linked bullets (Like DoI)
- Right side should eject links
- Inspect animations
- Dual stage trigger (Already modelled don't know how to implement it, allows semi automatic fire)
