Bikes only: workaround for ground level roads

描述
This asset is an example of workaround for a ground road restricted to bicycles and pedestrians, without mod.

The road is normal at ground level (restriction of the game). However, the elevated road is hacked in order to look as a ground level road. It is then restricted to bikes and pedestrians. Cars, trucks and service can't use it. The same restrictions are applied to briges and tunnels.

To use it, the road MUST BE ELEVATED (3 to 24 m, except if you have the mod Fine Road Tool that allows elevated roads at ground level).

This ground workaround IS NOT ZONABLE, but you can use it with park assets (Parklife DLC) and it can be can be connected to any road.

@t.jacobs : Good find ! I tryed what you said and it works !
You can even put buildings on these roads ! (but it's not a good idea because services can't reach them).

I think I might have found an easer solution for you ground level problem: Add a car lane to your road, so that it is visible, but in the lane options set "direction" to "avoid". It worked for a road I built. No car or service vehicle ever tried to use the road, not even snow ploughs.
