SG510 [Desert Rifle]

Hi everyone! The SIG SG 510 (Sturmgewehr 57 in Swiss service) is a battle rifle manufactured by SIGARMS (now SAN Swiss Arms) of Switzerland. It is based on the same roller-delayed blow back system used in the H&K G3 and CETME rifles. It is considered to be one of the most accurate mass-produced assault rifles available, and is very reliable in harsh climatic conditions. The StG 57 rifle (chambered for 7.5mm Swiss) was issued to the Swiss Army. Later the rifle was also offered for international sales, chambered in 7.62x51mm NATO as the SIG SG 510-4 but this variant has different external parts and was issued to the Armed Forces of Bolivia and Chile who still use it to this day in limited use.

The SG510 in Battlefield Hardline is modeled after both the StG 57 and SG 510-4, as it has the overall black furniture and stock of the StG 57, but the iron sights and charging handle are from the SG 510-4.

Olá pessoal! Este é o fuzil SIG SG 510 (Sturmgewehr 57) fabricado pela SIGARMS (agora SAN Swiss Arms) da Suíça. Ele utiliza o mesmo sistema blowback de atraso e rolagem usado nos rifles H&K G3 e CETME. É considerado um dos fuzis de assalto produzidos em massa mais precisos disponíveis e é muito confiável em condições climáticas adversas. O rifle StG 57 (com munição suíça de 7,5 mm) foi destinado para o uso do exército suíço. Posteriormente, o rifle também foi oferecido para vendas internacionais, utilizando munição 7.62x51mm OTAN como o SIG SG 510-4. Porém esta variante tem diferentes partes externas e foi entregue às Forças Armadas da Bolívia e do Chile que ainda o utilizam até hoje em uso limitado.

O SG510 no Battlefield Hardline é modelado após o StG 57 e o SG 510-4, já que tem a guarda-mão preta e coronha do StG 57, mas as miras de ferro e o carregador são do SG 510-4.
