Q: Can I put it in my modpack or reupload it in any form?
A: No you can't.

Anyone who modifies, or makes any changes to the mod files without permission from me will be subjected to Steam copyright policy, and Steam Subscriber Agreement. Which will result in Copyright Infringement report to Valve.
