[Discontinued] Plattenbau 11-floor No.1

Hello Folks,

part of a series of East-German prefab-buildings, I present you yet another asset:

Based on the common East-German prefab-standard WBS70, this 11-floor housing block with a 3x3 footprint features detailed balconies and colormapping.

This building can be placed flush next to each other and some of my other Plattenbau assets.
Both included buildings use the same texture, so users of the Loading Screen Mod can save on RAM here.

The original of this particular block can be found in Jena-Lobeda.
