This building is narrower(*width is 6.3m) than 1 cell side(8m) !
so, you need to place it correctly with Move-it.
I recommend to use Move-it, Find-it and Plop the Growables Mod.
These buildings share same texture. so, you can save your RAM with Loading screen mod.
