Unfortunately, I'm not able to finish due to a lack of time and motivation.

Since, I still want Kakashi to be playable, that's why you're allowed to use what I did as a base, if you mind.

You just have to credit me if you want to use my base, in the first line of the description of "your" Kakashi, put this :

too much wrong with this, neutral air doesnt fit the character, dog on down special is way too small and i dont even understand the skill, what exactly is this skill..? kakashi has so many skills that would translate to this game so well and you went with that..?

Chidori is great, and most of his melee is really fun, though his up air should be different from his up tilt. my opinion.

an Idea for when you come back to this character would be to add kakashi's voice saying "chidori" for the side b and "raikiri" when fully charged. Also replace dash attack or f-tilt by something else lol.

Just an idea but what if u switch the down special to an earth wall that can be broken with a strong attack? This is really good tho even as a beta
