Magicant - Earthbound (Beta)

This is magicant, a dream world from the earthbound/mother videogame.

AT THE START OF THE MAP MAKE SURE TO BREAK THE BLUE WALL, ITS A TRIGGER FOR THE ENTIRE MAP TO WORK.

NO CONTENT REQUIRED :)

Expect a lot of updates for this map, but for now you can experiment with the map.
Remember to credit if you add this to a content pack or project

Features:

- Tried to make it the most accurate as possible
- The Melodies
- Has 3 zones (Magicant, Sea of Eden and Flying Man House)
- Sea of Eden Kraken (BOSS BATTLE NOT AVAILABLE, THROUGH YOU CAN STILL ACCESS TO THE KRAKEN BOSS ROOM BY HITTING THE KRAKEN)
- Has music from the game
- Kraken 3d model and magicant tomatoes and carrot made by me

Tools used:
- Hammer (Map)
- Blender (3D Kraken and some Magicant props)
- Audacity (For editing sounds)
- Crowbar (For compiling 3d models)
- VTFeditor (for materials)

The Kraken has 2 animations but for now it only uses his idle animation.



Note: this took me one month to make, the most difficult part was optimization and making 3d models for the map.

Update 1 Changelog:

-added custom skybox
-added custom water
-new 3d models for trees
-added some lights on dark places
-new textures for flying man house
-added a few things for the red path
