A gritty UMP45 that's gone through everything, infused with both vanilla and JAX's own for at least a best of both worlds.

The difference is that this one obviously is worn out, like I'm pretty sure the US Marshals don't need this anymore because they prefer SIGs for some reason.

Replaces the SMG on Cele's modified animations. I may do one on the UMP-9 eventually idk, even if I have to modify the bolt label for it to say 9mm.
