The Swivel Gun

The Swivel gun is a small cannon configuration, used throughout history from all the way from the 14th century to the 18th century, making this a great addition for your ravenfield napoleon battles!

Swivel guns were used aboard sailing ships or mounted on the walls of a fort, serving as short-range anti-personell ordinance. Due to their small size, they were only effective against infantry and cavalry. The guns were very portable and could be moved easily.

Swivel guns saw extensive use by the kingdoms and empires of Asia and North american fort garrisons.

They also had peacefull purposes, often used in firing salutes and hunting.
