Smoke and Flare Fix for 40mm UGL rounds.

Vanilla only.

What this all about?
Well... i was... unhappy.
Specifically i was unhappy with an vanilla Arma3 flares. Supposed to illuminate. But they don't.
Next i was dissapointed with "40mm smoke" rounds. Supposed to mark targets but they jumps around like a ping-pong balls instead.

Whats in this fix:

1. Vanilla flare 40mm UGL rounds illuninate well (RHS like) and have real burn time.
2. Added non-jumping "smoke marker" rounds (actually jumps a bit as it should). This is not replacement for vanilla rounds. In order to use it have to add them manually.

Yeah, i know "non-jumping smokes" fix already made, but mine is better. :)
