All Skills Unlocked (Vanilla Classes)

描述

New recruits off the stagecoach (Not Reynauld and Dismas) will come with all their camping and combat skills unlocked by default. This change really only affects level 0 recruits. This version of the mod works only for vanilla classes. Does not apply to heroes from Town Events.

Only classes from the base game

So PD and VST from start should now have all skills unlocked; same for all other new level 0 recruits. And with other mod dlc classes too?
