Weather Rework

Hotfix 3:
- fixed the weather descriptions according to the recent changes


Hotfix 2:
- Wind will not affect villagers anymore (like Scorch and Darkness)
- Wind sanity damage: 2 or 10% of maximum, whichever is higher -> 3 or 15% of maximum, whichever is higher
- Scorch curse health threshold: 30% -> 75%
- Scorch chance below threshold: 40% -> 25%
- Darkness curse health threshold: 30% -> 75%
- Darkness chance below threshold: 40% -> 25%

Hotfix 1:
- Wind sanity damage: 1 + 10% of maximum -> 2 or 10% of maximum, whichever is higher
- Scorch health damage: 2 + 15% of maximum -> 3 or 15% of maximum, whichever is higher
- Darkness faith damage: 2 + 15% of maximum -> 3 or 15% of maximum, whichever is higher


Weather Changes:
- Rain description fixed
- Rain visibility: -1 -> -2
- Sunny Day work bonus: 50% -> 30%
- Wind faith damage: 2 -> 0
- Wind sanity damage: 1 -> 1 + 10% of maximum
- Scorch health damage: 1-5 -> 2 + 15% of maximum
- Scorch curse health threshold : 4 -> 30%
- Darkness faith damage: 1-5 -> 2 + 15% of maximum
- Darkness curse health threshold : 4 -> 30%

Note:
This does not require a new save and will take effect immediately.
